Funding up to 75 % of the purchase price.
Asset type includes notes secured by residential and commercial assets.
Commitment size from $2 -25 million.
Deals are done on a case by case basis, and are structured as a joint venture.
Target returns are based on transaction risk and project leverage.
Investment horizon is 6 – 36 months.
