Most firms like ours usually provide indicative bids when receiving a pool of assets from a lender for us to bid on. These indicative bids are non-binding and are just used to provide guidance so that the lender and the seller can manage their pricing expectations accordingly.

Where we are bidding on mortgage notes ?

Currently we’re very active in the markets and we’ll look at anything in the contiguous United States, our bids are most aggressive and competitive for performing, non-performing, re-performing mortgage product and REO throughout the sun belt.

Our biggest axe right now is South Florida loans in the high 50’s for REOs and high 40’s for non-performing loans (NPLs)
For small loans below $60K in size, we’ll usually take pricing about 10 points back on an individual asset basis.
